[ for restaurants ]

Hear it from the table, not the review site.

Put a QR survey on your table tents and receipts. Guests scan with their phone camera and tell you what they really thought, before they tell Google.

[ sound familiar? ]

The feedback you never hear.

The 1-star review you never saw coming

Unhappy diners rarely complain to the server. They pay, leave quietly, and post about it a week later, unless a QR code on the check gives them a private place to say it first.

Comment cards nobody fills out

Paper cards end up soggy, blank, or buried in a drawer at the host stand. A quick scan at the table takes ten seconds, and every answer lands on one live dashboard.

No time between lunch and close

You run a floor, not a software project. Build a survey in minutes, print the code once, and check results from your phone whenever there is a lull.

[ how it works ]

Three steps. Then sit back.

01

Build your survey

Rate the meal 1 to 5, ask about the service, float a new menu item. Ten question types and skip logic, live before the dinner rush.

02

Print it, place it

Download a print-ready PNG or SVG and put it on table tents, receipts, or by the register. Your guests already scan QR menus, so they know exactly what to do.

03

Watch feedback roll in

Every response lands on a live dashboard with charts and NPS. Check it from your phone between services, or try the live demo first to see what guests see.

[ what you get ]

Built for exactly this.

Catch problems the same night

Get an email the moment a bad rating comes in, or a daily digest with your morning coffee. Reach out while the guest still remembers the meal, not after the review posts.

Skip logic that digs deeper

A 5-star rating gets a thank you and done. A 2-star gets asked what went wrong. Every guest sees only the questions that fit their answer.

Compare your locations

Run a separate survey for each spot and line the dashboards up side by side. Free team seats with roles mean every manager watches their own numbers.

Looks like your restaurant

Your logo, your colors, a thank-you screen in your words. Guests see your place on the survey, not somebody else's software.

[ the deal ]

First 100 responses free. Then one-time packs from $20.

No subscription, nothing auto-renews, and packs never expire. 1,000 responses for $20 or 10,000 for $99.

[ questions ]

Before you ask.

Will guests actually scan it?
If they have used a QR menu, they know the gesture, and most diners have by now. The phone camera opens the survey right in the browser, no app and no login, and a good survey takes under a minute at the table.
What does it cost?
Your first 100 responses are free forever, no card required. After that you buy one-time packs: 1,000 responses for $20 or 10,000 for $99, and packs never expire. Every response is always collected; a pack just unlocks viewing beyond your free allowance.
Is feedback anonymous?
By default, yes. Guests never log in or hand over details unless you ask. Add an email question if you want to follow up, and make it optional so shy diners still answer.
We have three locations. Does this work?
Yes. Create a survey per location, print a different code for each, and compare the results side by side. Team seats are free, so every manager can watch their own store.
